You will not extract information or materials using any method other than those readily made available on the site. Services

Subscription services will be made available by Pratra to its users and such an access strictly falls into the purview of this terms and conditions document. All commercially viable efforts will be made to make the Subscription Service available round the clock. However, this service may not be available during planned or unscheduled maintenance activities that will be carried out at normal business hours. While we might try to provide you with advance notices, users are requested to check this terms and conditions document for any such updates. An SLA or Service Level Agreement will be drawn up in accordance to which the subscription will be available or modified. Invoicing will be based on data measured from the use of our services and under variable rates, where applicable, unless otherwise specified. Performance dates as scheduled will be met as specified in the order. Nevertheless, such dates are only estimates and don’t form the core of the agreement. In case of any delays or preventions are brought about by you, your agents, representatives, employees, consultants or any of your affiliates that hinder the obligations of the agreement, then we are entitled to an extension of the time equal to the delay caused by you.

API License

While we grant you a license to use our API or Application Programming Interface, we may also impose restrictions on its usage. These restrictions will be notified to you periodically. The ratio of searches against orders you place through this service may also be tracked and capped.

Payments and Charges

Fees will be charged for the services that you order as agreed in a particular order and this will be paid by you in the currency mentioned on the invoice. The following services may be chargeable:

• Consulting fees as effectuated on the invoice or order
• Subscription in advance payments
• Monthly or any periodical usage

All payments must be executed within 7 days of receipt of the invoice by you.

Credit cards or any other electronic payment mode supplied to us must be valid and approved

Fees mentioned here do not include excise, use, sales, direct or indirect transactional taxes – these may be added to Pratra’s invoice at applicable rates

If you are authorized to withhold any taxes, or fees, then gross rounded amount must be paid to us to equate the amount mentioned on the invoice

Pratra reserves the right, without any prejudice, to terminate access to all or part of our services if we do not receive payment, as agreed or due within 30 days; we will accomplish disabling of all services without liability to you if the concerned amount remains unpaid

We are entitled to revise the fees at any time, with or without any intimation or as required by law.

Pratra is entitled to change the rights of any agreement drawn out at any time

All fees are non-refundable. No credits or refunds are executed by us for any non-use or partial use of the services

Updates and modifications

Pratra does not guarantee the accuracy of the information present on the website and typically, makes changes to its portions from time to time. We also regularly make modifications to the terms, conditions, policies, procedures, and disclaimers on the site. Users are requested to periodically turn to the terms and conditions page to refer to such changes. Pratra reserves the right to modify or terminate access to portions of the site or the entire site with or without any intimation, at any time either temporarily or permanently. While we proactively execute modifications and updates periodically, we are not obligated to support and update the site. We are not liable to you or any third party in the even that Pratra decides to terminate access to portions of the site or the website in its entirety.

Pratra also provides apps to customers for their convenience. The app link provided on the website is for Demo purposes only and is not to be considered as final or the best version of the application. Actions such as app downloads, and access to certain features of the site, may require you to open an account. There are security obligations to be fulfilled in the course of these activities. Pratra is not responsible for the secrecy of your account’s username and password. If you fail to comply with this security obligation, you cannot hold us liable for any resultant loss or damage. In the event that you notice any unauthorized use, you must instantly notify us of the same.
